A bottle of my 2017 Ballard Canyon Syrah went to Texas via FedEx last week.My customer was really happy because she wanted a bottle of Freedom for a very special occasion.I am pleased my wine can now be part of her freedom party.
I was a bit upset at my actual cost to ship wine out of state.If you are outside California and want wine shipped out, call me and I will do my best to make it happen.The best way to do it is to put together an order for a case.If you don’t want 12 bottles for yourself, then consider giving them as gifts.Maybe get together with a friend to split a case.Believe it or not, the cost to ship twelve bottles is only a bit more expensive than shipping just one bottle.If we dollar cost average the shipping over 12 bottles, it truly is a much better deal than just shipping one.
Shipping FWC wines inside California is a much better deal thanks to Golden State Overnight.They offer the best wine shipping prices of any shipper in California.I can get any number of bottles anywhere in California, usually overnight.I only charge the actual shipping costs.I do recommend a reusable cardboard wine shipper insert, but they are cheap.
