This 2017 Freedom Rosé was pressed directly from whole clusters of Sangiovese. Unlike, their first release, this wine was made pressing the grapes directly to enhance a fair amount of color and flavor.
Tastings Notes
Herbal notes like thyme are present, with fresh red fruit like strawberry. Hints of earthiness, candied cherry finish with a well-rounded body.
Enjoy this rosé chilled and paired with Mozzarella, Feta or Monterey Jack Cheese, and Grilled Chicken.
